Even though you think they may not be listening, they're listening.
How many times have you thought someone was not paying attention then out of no where they send you a message or a text letting you know you made a difference in their life.
When you are your genuine authentic self & show your heart, your passion, your vulnerability you may wonder in your mind am I really making a difference.
Always remember not everyone is gonna believe in you mission but when you come from a place of of love & passion in all that you do there really are those you help. Surprising enough in turn they may even help you along the way too.
If you're making a difference in just 1 person's life isn't it all worth it in the end?
Recently I've been reading about the win win win situations. Where all parties involved benefit from your decisions you made. How empowering it would feel to help all those involved benefit.
Its the true key to success. It's our lives purpose to help others succeed. In doing so you yourself will succeed.

What goes into the organization of a costumed character party
From the time we get the call about wanting to book a character to the actual booking there are many steps we must take.
First there's the initial call of interest. We go over with the client we have over 200+ characters to choose from & packages which range from $200-325 depending on which 1 they choose.
We explain all our costumes are hand made & photos of our exact costumes can be seen on our website.
We assure them that all entertainers are carefully selected young trained actors who work well with children. All actors are personally trained by the owner on how to perform at their event.
Once the character has been booked everything is set in motion.
Our next step is to contact our top actors to check availability. Once we find the right actor we get together all the costumes for the upcoming weekend.
Our staff then goes into our storage facility to get all need costumes together which is in the # of 20-30 characters each weekend. As well as whichever vending machines are needed such as cotton candy, snow cone or popcorn machines.
The next thing is preparation of all the goodie bags for each party. We give each child a goodie bag containing a balloon, a lollipop & a toy. We do this for 2 reasons. Many parents ask for a business card to invite a character to their child's party so that's included as well. Most importantly why we do this is that the children love getting gifts from their favorite character. Don't forget they still believe up until 8 years of age. So when they get a gift from their idol even the shyest of kids open up with joy.
Next is the delivery of all costumes, goodie bags, twisting balloons, face painting kits & vending machines. Many actors cover 5-10 parties every weekend. The actors with cars are able to do so much more than the actors who live in NYC & have to take public transportation. They can only handle 1-4 parties per weekend.
Based in NJ we have a meeting place at a NYC Starbucks for pickup & drop-off of costumes for all actors living there.
Once all supplies have been delivered our staff confirms via email or text message every upcoming party. This ensures addresses, dates etc are correct at least a week prior to all events so if any changes need to be made it can be done then.
The weekend arrives & each actor is loading their cars or preparing their subway journeys to your event. They send another text message confirmation that morning so you have constant contact with the actor who is covering your event.
Each actor who is performing as a Superhero or Princess will arrive in costume ready to go upon arrival. All mascot bookings the actors will arrive 15-20 min prior to your event to change into costume. It's a little difficult to drive in these large costumes plus we like to keep them off the dirty streets.
All actors have their own playlist & speakers in which to play them on. Unless you have a DJ for your event then they will connect their playlist with him.
The show begins. Each show includes entrance to theme song for whichever character you choose. Next is dancing games such as the Limbo, Chacha slide, musical chairs, freeze dance etc. Followed by balloon animals, face painting & magic shows depending on which package you choose. Posing for photos, high fives & hugs are unlimited. Finally we sing Happy Birthday with the family if it's a birthday party.

Disney
Disney was founded in October 6th, 1923 by brothers Walt & Roy O Disney. Today they are seen in theater, radio, music, publishing & online media.
Walt's 1st cartoon was Mickey mouse formally know as Mortimer Mouse which was designed on a train to CA. His 1st film starring Mickey was "Steamboat Willie" which synchronized sound.
In 1929 Disney created the "Silly Symphony Series" which is now called the Mickey Mouse Club.
Disney's 1st full length animated feature film was Snow White which was released during World War II in 1934. It became the highest grossing film of its time.
He went on to create more films including Pinocchio in 1040, Fantasia in 1940, Dumbo in 1041 & Bambi in 1942.
After World War II box office profits declined.
Disneyland was created in 1955. A place both parents & kids could have fun at the same time. After a shaky start it started to grow across the country & across the globe.
Disney continued making TV movies including Davey Crocket in 1955, Zorro Series in 1957, Lady & the Tramp in 1955, Sleeping Beauty in 1959 & 101 Dalmatians in 1961.
As the passing of Walt Disney in 1966 his brother Roy opened Disney World which he renamed Walt Disney World. The last 2 movies Walt supervised were The Jungle Book in 1067 & The Happiest Millionaire. In 1971 Roy passed leaving everything to Walts Son in Law.
With the passing of both brothers in 1972 a theatrical Malaise took place. New films Escape from Witch Mountain & Freaky Friday were released in 1976. Robin Hood was released in 1973 & The Fox & the Hound in 1981.
Where would the world be without Disney?
Disneys Passion was creating cartoons & bringing joy to others. His Purpose was to produce films for the public. His mission was to bring others great joy by producing touching cartoon films for the public.
The most booked character for our company is Mickey Mouse still to this day. Imagine a world without Disney characters in it. What a wonderful life it is with his legacy.

Party Mascots and Why They Are Important
Having a mascot character at your parties can make them a lot more fun.
Most party providers would have a performer with the mascot, while some allow rental of just the costume. Either way, mascots are great for children’s parties.
If your child loves a certain character, movie, or comic book, having a mascot character can make the party more memorable.
What do mascots do other than pose for pictures?
Some mascots have more mobility than others, depending on the design and material of the costume, so this can be limiting. However, mascots can participate in dancing, games, and even singing the birthday song. Some mascots can also do special performances.
While it is difficult to hear a voice from the costume, mascots can talk and help host the party. Some providers also send a performer to assist the mascot to make the party more fun and lessen the host’s workload.
If the costume allows, the mascot can also participate in games and play with the kids.
f you want the mascot to assist in handing out party favors such as a bag of goods, this can also be arranged.
Overall, mascots are meant to help you have a fun party experience with less stress.

Funniest Moments in Kids Parties
Dressing up a child’s favorite character not only makes their day but until about 8 yrs of age the still believe you are real.
I have been dressed as Spongebob for a little boys birthday 
🎂 where he asked me to play video games with him.

If you know anything about Mascot costumes they are very hard to see out of. Maybe a small opening in the eyes or mouth is about all you get. So imagine trying to play video games.
Anyways how cool must have that been telling all his friends he played video games with Spongebob.
As Elmo the 3 yr old little girl sat on my lap the most of the time I was there.
The next day her grandmother called saying she couldn’t thank me enough for making her grand babies party 
🎈 special. That she went to school the next day & told everyone she met the REAL Elmo.

Dressed as Minnie Mouse I had a little girl take me by the hand to play with her at the children’s gym.
The mother even told her to let other kids play with Minnie but she was so happy & didn’t care.
There was a play station with 1 of those plastic square units with a round hole cut out of it that the children crawl through.
She was like “Minnie crawel through with me”. So through the eye hole openings I had to explain to her that Minnie’s big head & ears wouldn’t fit.
Boys love princesses even though they will never admit it. Some pretend to be not looking or make funny faces at you.
Probably the most memorable was when a mother ordered Rapunzel for her 5 yr old daughter.
Her concern was with what the wig looked like. She said “My daughter is a bright little girl & she will know if it’s fake.
The little girl was so in love with Rapunzel that when I went to leave she literally blocked the door crying “Don’t leave Rapunzel, take me to your castle”. That’s probably the hardest part of the job is saying goodbye.
I looked at her mother & said I think she believes. I gave the little girl a big hug & kiss on the cheek & told her “I would be back soon to see her”
Making children’s birthdays or special events memorable is a priceless feeling. So blessed to have this opportunity.

Why Work with Children?
Working with children can be the most rewarding job in the world.
You play a very important role in their growth and development not only physically or intellectually, but with their character as well. Although there are messy and even gross parts, working with children in any way is rewarding in more ways than one.
First is that you are responsible for the happiness of so many others beyond yourself.
Your job is not only about making them happy by playing with them, but also helping them with little things that help them grow. In the process, you get to witness so many of their ‘firsts’ while being a part of their messy, amazing learning process.
Along the way, you get to see a lot of smiles.
Children are just so happy to alive that it easily becomes a sentiment that you also share. You also get to experience the joys of parenthood even if they’re not your flesh and blood. You still get to act as a parent figure to these kids, taking part in their growth and helping them feel loved.
Finally, you’re part of a great responsibility of crafting their childhood and creating the foundation of their future selves.
By working with children, you build their character and become a role model as an example of love in its truest form.
